Copyright & DMCA
Last updated: 2026-04-20
Vantio Clove respects the intellectual property of others and expects our members to do the same. This notice explains who owns what on the platform, and how copyright owners can request removal of infringing material under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA", 17 U.S.C. §512).
1. Our Rights
The platform itself — including the site design, source code, branding, logos, copy, illustrations, icons, editorial articles, success stories we author, and any aggregated datasets — is the property of Vantio Clove or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, scrape, or create derivative works from these assets without our prior written consent.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, stories, messages). By uploading, you grant us the license described in Section 5 of our Terms of Service. You warrant that you own or have licensed all rights necessary to grant this license.
3. No Screenshots or Re-publication
Per the Terms of Service, you may not screenshot, screen-record, scrape, download, or re-publish content belonging to the platform or to other members without written permission. Doing so may result in account termination and legal action.
4. DMCA Takedown Procedure
If you believe that content hosted on our service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works);
- Identification of the material to be removed, with enough detail (URLs, profile IDs, timestamps) for us to locate it;
- Your contact information — mailing address, phone number, and email;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Send the notice to our Copyright Agent:

5. Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was in error (for example, fair use or the notifier did not own the work), you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the removed content and its former location;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed through mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, phone, email, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., any district in which we may be found).
6. Repeat Infringers
In line with DMCA §512(i), we maintain a policy of terminating — in appropriate circumstances — the accounts of members who are repeat infringers.
7. Misuse Warning
Submitting a knowingly false DMCA notice or counter-notice carries potential liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f). Please only submit if you honestly believe you have the rights you claim.
