Safety Center
Last updated: 2026-04-20
At Vantio Clove, we are committed to providing a genuine, safe, and respectful environment for every member. This Safety Center gathers our guidance for online communication, offline meetings, and fraud prevention. Please read it carefully and apply it to your daily use of the service.
1. Online Communication Safety
- Protect your privacy: never share your full home address, government ID, bank account, employer details, or your children's school in your profile or chat.
- Keep chats on-platform: use the in-site messaging, especially at first. Moving to WeChat / WhatsApp / Telegram removes our moderation safety net.
- Share photos carefully: avoid backgrounds that reveal your home door, license plate, workplace, or anything intimate. Once sent, you lose control.
- Watch the pattern: premature declarations of love, rushed talk of marriage, or emotional pressure for major decisions are red flags for romance scams.
2. Meeting in Person
- Pick a public place: first dates at busy cafés, hotel lobbies, or well-known restaurants; avoid private residences, yachts, or secluded venues.
- Arrange your own transport: do not get into a stranger's car or use a "driver" they provide.
- Tell someone you trust: share the time, place, and contact info with a friend or family member; agree on brief check-ins before and after.
- Stay sharp: keep eyes on your drink; moderate alcohol; be alert if your date pushes you to drink.
- International meet-ups: confirm visa, itinerary, and contacts; leave a copy with someone you trust.
- Trust your gut: if something feels off, leave and report afterwards. Your safety always outranks politeness.
3. Common Scams
Even with screening, bad actors may still try to exploit emotion. Watch for these signs:
- Money requests: emergencies, customs fees, investment tips, payments for relatives, plane tickets — treat every transfer request as suspicious.
- Investment pitches: "insider" crypto, forex, stock, or gambling platforms requiring you to deposit on a specific site — classic "pig butchering".
- Impersonation: claiming to be deployed military, a surgeon in a war zone, or a stranded executive to avoid real-time video.
- Unrealistic tempo: declarations of love within days; lonely-rich-widower stories; rush toward joint purchases or marriage registration.
- "Job" offers: being asked to "help receive and forward payments" — this is often money laundering; you carry the criminal risk.
4. Account Security
- Use a password of at least 12 characters with a mix of case, digits, and symbols; never reuse.
- Enable email two-step verification; change passwords immediately on any unusual-login alert.
- Do not log in from shared computers or internet cafés; sign out and clear history after use.
- Anyone claiming to be "support" or "admin" asking for your password or OTP is a scammer — we never ask for these.
- Verify domains in email links; do not open unknown attachments or shortened URLs.
5. Money & Top-ups
- All wallet top-ups are credited only after admin review. The live top-up addresses shown in your wallet are authoritative.
- Ignore any "private" deposit address sent by other members or fake "support" — we never message you addresses.
- Spending uses an atomic reserve/commit cycle — failures auto-release funds without requiring extra info from you.
- Crypto transfers are irreversible; double-check the network (BTC / USDT-TRC20 / USDT-ERC20) and address.
6. Protection of Minors
The service is only for adults who have reached the legal age of majority (generally 19+) in their jurisdiction. If you suspect an underage user, please report immediately via the in-app Report button and we will act urgently.
7. Report & Block
Every profile page, chat window, and happy-story comment has a Report action — reports are confidential and usually handled within 24 hours. You can also Block to remove someone from all of your lists.
If the incident involves personal safety, large-amount fraud, minors, or illegality, please also contact local police or your country's anti-fraud hotline.
8. Contact
Safety is our top priority. For help or a formal complaint, email safety@vantioclove.com or use the Contact form in our footer.
