Refund Policy

This Refund Policy supplements our Terms of Service §4. Read them together. All amounts on the platform are in United States dollars (USD).
1. Paid Subscriptions
Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from the Wallet page; access to paid features continues through the end of the current billing period and will not renew thereafter.
- 3-business-day refund window. If you cancel within three (3) business days of your first paid subscription and have not used any paid feature, you may request a full refund.
- Outside the window. All other subscription amounts — including renewals and unused remaining days — are non-refundable.
- Downgrade or cancellation mid-period does not generate a pro-rated refund.
2. Wallet Top-ups
Wallet top-ups are reviewed by our admin team before funds are credited.
- If a top-up request is rejected during review, the underlying crypto transfer is not reversed by us — we were not the counterparty. Contact your wallet or exchange. Keep your on-chain transaction hash for reference.
- Once a top-up is approved and credited to the wallet balance, the funds are available for spending and are no longer eligible for refund.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable between accounts and has no cash-out option.
3. Purchases Made With Wallet Balance
Plan purchases paid from wallet balance use our two-phase reserve/commit model. If the purchase fails for technical reasons the reserved amount is automatically released back to your available balance. Successfully completed purchases are final.
4. Involuntary Termination
If we terminate your account for violation of the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, any unused subscription time and wallet balance are forfeited and not refundable.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your card issuer or wallet provider without first contacting us will be treated as a dispute and may result in account suspension. We ask that you reach out to billing@vantioclove.com first — most disputes can be resolved directly.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@vantioclove.com from the email address tied to your account, including:
- Order number or wallet-transaction ID;
- Date and amount of the charge;
- Reason for the refund request.
We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method; crypto top-ups, where refundable, will be returned to the on-chain address you submitted with the original request.
7. Taxes
Prices displayed may or may not include sales tax, VAT, or similar charges depending on your jurisdiction. Tax collected on your behalf is generally non-refundable even when the underlying purchase is refunded.
