This Privacy Policy explains how Vantio Clove (the "Company", "we", or "our" — a Delaware entity affiliated with SuccessfulMatch) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects your personal information when you access, register for, or use our dating and matchmaking services.

Information collected automatically: device model, operating system, browser, IP address, coarse geolocation, visit timestamps, pages viewed, click behavior, login and security logs, and data from cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties: affiliates and sister dating sites, social sign-in (e.g., Google), advertising and traffic partners, anti-fraud and payment risk providers, and lawful public sources.

Our headquarters is in the United States and data may be processed there or in countries where our providers operate. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, Texas, and Washington have additional rights. Residents of the EU/EEA, UK, and Switzerland have GDPR rights; we have appointed Prighter as our EU representative.
