This Privacy Policy explains how Vantio Clove (the "Company", "we", or "our" — a Delaware entity affiliated with SuccessfulMatch) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects your personal information when you access, register for, or use our dating and matchmaking services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide: email, password, name, gender, date of birth, city, contact details, ID documents, education and occupation records, asset evidence, membership profile, avatar, photo gallery, happy stories, chat content, support messages, and documents submitted for payment or top-up.
Information collected automatically: device model, operating system, browser, IP address, coarse geolocation, visit timestamps, pages viewed, click behavior, login and security logs, and data from cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties: affiliates and sister dating sites, social sign-in (e.g., Google), advertising and traffic partners, anti-fraud and payment risk providers, and lawful public sources.
2. How We Use Information
- Create and maintain your account and complete identity/asset verification;
- Match, recommend, and personalize based on your preferences;
- Process subscriptions, top-up requests, refunds, and referral settlements;
- Provide customer support and respond to enquiries;
- Keep the platform safe — fraud prevention, anti-harassment, identity screening, account bans;
- Analyze the service via aggregated or de-identified data and machine learning;
- Advertising and measurement where permitted by law;
- Comply with legal, regulatory, or governmental obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal data. We may share in the following situations:
- Public profile: your avatar, nickname, and profile are visible to other members and may be surfaced on affiliated dating sites to expand your match pool.
- Service providers: payment, cloud storage, email, support, SMS, risk control — strictly for performing their contract with us.
- Legal compliance: when required by law, regulator, judicial process, or national security.
- Corporate transactions: mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or asset sales, with equivalent protections.
- With your consent: to third parties you specifically authorize.
4. Children & COPPA Notice
The service is not directed to individuals under 19. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you become aware of underage use, please email privacy@vantioclove.com and we will investigate and remove the data promptly.
5. Your Choices & Controls
- Edit, hide, or delete your profile; pause or close your account;
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails and SMS (transactional notices excluded);
- Disable non-essential cookies in your browser — see our Cookie Policy;
- Opt out of behavior-based advertising;
- Access, export, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — TLS in transit, hashed passwords, least-privilege access, anomaly detection, and audit logs. No method is 100% secure. Safeguard your credentials and contact us immediately if you notice anything unusual.
7. Retention
We retain personal information as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. When you close your account we delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law, accounting, anti-fraud, or dispute handling.
8. Regional Rights
Our headquarters is in the United States and data may be processed there or in countries where our providers operate. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, Utah, Oregon, Texas, and Washington have additional rights. Residents of the EU/EEA, UK, and Switzerland have GDPR rights; we have appointed Prighter as our EU representative.
9. Third-Party Sites
The service may contain links to third-party websites, social media, or payment gateways that are governed by their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be prominently posted or emailed. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are governed by Delaware law and resolved by binding individual arbitration in San Francisco, as set out in our Terms of Service §10.
