Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") form a binding contract between you and Vantio Clove, operated by an affiliate entity of the SuccessfulMatch Group, a Delaware corporation (the "Company", "we", or "our"). By creating an account or using the service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

1. Eligibility

The service is intended for adults who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (generally at least 19 years old), have full legal capacity, and have not previously been suspended or terminated by us.

2. Account & Review

You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it current. We reserve sole discretion to approve, suspend, or terminate any account without stating a reason. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

3. Identity & Asset Verification

Members may be required to verify identity, education, occupation, or assets. Submitted documents are reviewed by us or our agents. Approval reflects reasonableness checks and is not a guarantee of any other member's representations.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• All fees are in United States dollars (USD); subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
• A full refund is available within three (3) business days of the first purchase if the paid features have not been used. All other amounts are non-refundable.
• Wallet top-ups require admin review before they are credited (typically 1–2 business days).
• Spending uses a two-phase reserve/commit model to prevent over-spending.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. To operate the service you grant the Company and its affiliates a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, translate, and match your content within our dating product family. You warrant you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• No commercial or transactional relationships, including "pay-per-meet", escorting, or prostitution;
• No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or sexually explicit/violent content;
• No false identities, stolen or AI-generated profile photos;
• No spam, MLM, or redirection to external monetization platforms;
• No circumvention of our moderation, risk-control, or payment systems;
• No screenshots, screen-recording, scraping, or re-publication of platform content without written consent.

7. No Background Checks

We expressly do not conduct criminal background checks on members. Verification only validates the reasonableness of submitted documents and cannot exclude fraud, impersonation, or other risks. Any interaction with another member — online or offline — is at your own risk. Please read our Safety Center.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, for violations of this Agreement, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time; certain records may be retained for legal, accounting, or anti-fraud purposes.

9. Disclaimers & Liability Cap

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of US$30.00 or the amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes are resolved exclusively through binding, individual arbitration in San Francisco, California, administered by JAMS or a comparable body. Class actions are waived except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of accrual.

11. Changes

We may modify this Agreement. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
